The Wild Wild Chat is coming to Chat Enhancer 0.15.0

The Wild Wild Chat turns live chat into a fast bounty hunt where players race to claim matching messages.

The next Playground game is headed into live chat: The Wild Wild Chat.

Its first mode is Bounty Hunting, a quick scavenger hunt where two players race to spot matching messages in the same live chat.

Bounty Hunting wanted board

How it works

Start a match from live chat and invite another player.

Each round has six bounties based on common chat activity, such as a message with 3+ emojis, a question, a mention, a link, or an all-caps phrase.

Both players press Ready, then a short countdown starts the 60-second hunt.

Claiming bounties

The wanted board shows the timer, scores, and six bounties, each with a description, value, and Open or Claimed stamp.

To claim one, click a live chat message. If the message matches an open bounty, the game stamps that bounty as claimed, adds the money to your score, and places your avatar on the row.

The first valid claim wins that bounty and closes it for both players.

Round over

The round ends when the timer hits zero or when all six bounties have been claimed.

After the round, The Ledger shows each player’s rank, claimed bounties, and earnings. Most money wins.

Built for live chat

The Wild Wild Chat is only available during live chat because it depends on messages as they appear.

If the wanted poster covers too much chat, compact mode reduces it to a small row with the timer and score.

Part of Playground

The Wild Wild Chat uses Playground’s Games panel, invite flow, and floating window, wrapped in wanted posters, stamped claims, and a dusty western style.

Playground is still opt-in. Enable Join Playground from the extension settings, open a live stream with chat, and look for the Games button when the update arrives.
